Deluxe option

VacationMate will organising everything for your property listing as well as doing the listing process from beginning to end. We’ll also provide additional online support until you are happy to proceed solo with managing enquiries and bookings.

VacationMate will organise the following:

  • detailed description of the property
  • detailed description of area, amenities, excursions..etc
  • Google map reference

Your property will be promoted on a main headline slider and as a featured villa, and as we’ve visited you, you’ll also get the coveted Verified flag for your listing.

 

Deluxe Option – €499 Euros – Introductory offer – €399

Premium option

VacationMate will complete the listing process for you from beginning to end. We’ll also provide additional online support until you are happy to proceed solo with managing enquiries and bookings.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • property photographs,
  • basic description of the property,
  • basic description of area, amenities, excursions..etc
  • Google map reference
  • Your property will be promoted on a main headline slider and as a featured villa.

Premium Option – €399 Euros – Introductory Offer – €329

Self service options

Villa owners who have used multiple advertising sites should have no problem with our easy to use and simple admin system, so give it a free trial and only pay for the options you need when your trial expires.

Your uploaded images and description will be subject to moderation by the administration team to prevent spam, but once uploaded your site will be listed for free at the basic level for the trial period, giving you enough time to find out how the site works and benefit from customer enquiries and bookings.

When your trial runs out, your property will be hidden from view until you choose and pay for one of the DIY options below.

Advanced DIY option

Use our simple to use property rental administration system to upload your images, pick your map location and set your prices, amenities and current booked dates.

Your villa can be marked as Featured and we’ll also add you to the site header slider, giving you pride of place.

 

Advanced DIY Option – €299 Euros – Introductory offer – €249

Intermediate DIY option

Use our simple to use property rental administration system to upload your images, pick your map location and set your prices, amenities and current booked dates.

This option will allow you to promote your villa as “featured” which will place it near the top in search results.

Basic DIY option

The complete DIY option – if you’re computer savvy and have already optimised your text and images then this no frills basic package may suit you.
