Dave & Trish Meaton left their home in Southampton and arrived on the island in 2005, they then started with A1 Lanzarote Villas. The business has been expanding year on year and we are pleased to say the majority of this is through recommendation and word of mouth. As we have expanded so has our trusted team with our daughter, Charissa, and our son in law – Daryl also joining us, he is an experienced full-time maintenance man and can turn his hand to pretty much anything! We have a reliable and hardworking group of cleaners whose attention to detail is second to none! They are all English speaking, and a number of them have been with us of several years now. Unlike larger Management companies based in UK, where the person you are liaising with is likely to have no first hand experience about the accommodation you are enquiring about, Liz in our office, can speak with the utmost confidence and indeed knows the local area inside out too. No query is too small, she is always happy to help. Because of the one-to-one service and the high standard of properties we provide, our list of repeat rental clients is growing all the time.
