Located in the small, exclusive development of Playa Vista this lovely Villa, spread over 2 storeys, has stunning views across the sea to the Island of Fuerteventura and just a 2 minute walk takes you to the seafront promenade and some small local sandy beaches.

Entering the Villa on the upper level the lounge area features patio doors looking out to wonderful views across the sea to the island of Fuerteventura. With leather sofas and air-conditioning (coin operated) there is a flat screen TV with internet TV channels (BBC, ITV, C4, C5), CD Player, iPod docking station and free WiFi.

The fully equipped modern kitchen leads off from the lounge and includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster together with a table and 4 chairs and doors out to the upper terrace.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with doors to the terrace area and a twin bedroom both with air-conditioning (coin operated) and a shower room.

Stairs take you down to the smaller second lounge also with flat screen TV and leather sofa and patio doors leading out to the lower terrace.

From the lounge is the ensuite shower room which follows through to the large master bedroom with Kind Size bed, air-conditioning (coin operated) leather sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player. Please note that this TV is only for use with the DVD player, DVD’s are not provided. Doors lead out to the lower terrace area.

Also on this level is a further twin room also with coin operated air-conditioning and the 3rd bathroom with bath and shower over.

Outside there are two terraces both with al-fresco dining tables. On the upper level there is a large rattan table with 8 chairs which allows you to dine in comfort looking out at the beautiful view and enjoying the sunset.

External stairs take you down to the pool area which features the electrically heated swimming pool approximately 10×5 metres in size and ranging from approximately 1.2 metres to 1.45 metres in depth with steps to enter. There are 8 x ratton sun loungers with cushions for you to soak up the sun.

Off from the pool area is the lower terrace featuring a large ratton sofa perfect for relaxing in the evening with a chilled glass of wine together with a further al-fresco dining table seating 6 people. A pool table is provided for additional entertainment. There is a gate from this area out to the pool to prevent smaller feet from wandering and the top of the stairs are also gated.

A washing machine is located outside under the stairs.

All towels are provided, including pool towels.

A safe is also provided for your convenience.
