One of the sofas in the lounge also converts into a double bed. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.

In the centre of the villa is a glass atrium which floods the property with natural light, adding to the airy feeling within the property. It also benefits from air conditioning on the upper level for those hot Lanzarote days and nights, which also provides heating in cooler months.

Outside there is an upstairs terrace where you can enjoy those fabulous sea views whilst relaxing in the alfresco dining area listening to the steaks sizzling on the Canarian BBQ.
