Beautiful 4 bedroom villa

This Villa is a lovely 4 bedroomed property located in Parque del Rey, which is approximately a 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca town.

The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout. In the lounge there is a leather suite, flat screen TV, Teleclub TV box with English channels and DVD/CD player. Double doors lead into a separate dining room.

The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and is well equipped for at home catering. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

There are 4 bedrooms, the master having a king size bed and a large dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a shower enclosure, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as a sumptuous jacuzzi bath in which to relax with a glass of bubbly.

The second double bedroom is a recent conversion, with a newly fitted ensuite shower room including a sink and toilet. In addition, there is a third double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and a further 4th twin bedroom. All bedrooms have plenty of available storage space for guests. Cooling electric fans and a hairdryer are also provided.

The separate family shower room has a large walk-in shower with massaging jets, a sink and toilet.

If you can finally tear yourself away from the jacuzzi bath and the comfy interior of the villa and step outside, you will find a spacious terrace surrounding your own private heated swimming pool. There are ample sunbeds and cushions on which to stretch out and soak up the hot Lanzarote rays before taking a cooling dip. There is also a covered, sheltered alfresco dining area for relaxing with a glass of something chilled, while the chef sizzles the steaks on the adjacent BBQ. The villa has gated off road parking and a landscaped garden.

Pool size: approximately 6.5m x 3.5m, ranging from 0.9 to 1.6m in depth, with Roman steps.
