The height of luxury in a holiday villa, close to the popular tourist areas of Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen, a lovely enclave engulfed by its own private gardens.
Decorated to an extremely high standard, this 4 bedroom luxury villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (plus infant in a travel cot).
Villa 535 offers privacy and on a secluded 8,000m2 plot with superb panoramic sea views. In addition it features mature gardens and is home to over 60 mature palm trees. This large holiday rental villa has an electrically heated swimming pool. Its depth is 1.25m to 1.65m and has built in steps for easy access. It also has a built in children’s pool which is shallow.

The contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright, airy and cool feeling throughout. The spacious and comfortable living room has doors onto the terrace, plenty of room to sit, relax and entertain, it also has a fireplace and there is a dining room for eight people. There is a good free wifi connection, for those looking to stay in touch.

The fully fitted white kitchen, also has doors to the terrace and comes complete with oven / hob / grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is also a separate games room with table tennis table, TV, DVD, free to view TV channels, i-pod docking station and a selection of board games. There is a good free wifi connection, for those looking to stay in touch.

All bedrooms at Villa 535 have ceiling fans and two have sea views. The master suite has patio doors onto the shaded terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower / wet room, twin sinks, bath and a hairdryer. There is a further double and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, which share a full family bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and sea views from the covered terrace, featuring a Jacuzzi / hot tub, gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for eight. The shaded terrace overlooks the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with separate children’s pool at one end. The pool area, with sun-loungers, is walled and gated for extra security for guests with small children.

The price per night is based on up to 4 guests sharing Villa Las Palmitas. There is a surcharge of €140 for booking less than 7 nights. During high season, this is increased to 6 guests. There is an extra charge of €35 per person per night for additional guests.
